Our High Quality
Leafy Greens

Mesclun Mix
The Mesclun Mix is a perennial favourite as a salad base. We’ve handpicked the selection of greens for a combination of delicious flavours and textures so your regular salad will be as hearty as it is healthy

Kale
Kale is best known for being packed with a multitude of nutritional benefits and is widely regarded as this generation’s ‘superfood’ of choice. Tear it up as part of your salad or roast it in the oven to make some crispy kale chips. Our kale sports a vibrant hue and a satisfying crunch only possible if it’s grown locally and harvested at its peak.

Wasabina
Wasabina is unlike any vegetable and in fact, recalls the characteristic sharpness of wasabi but in leafy form. Its vibrancy is perfectly complemented with meaty dishes, giving life to juicy burger stacks or lifting an everyday salad with a subtle sharpness. We are proud to be one of the few farms in Southeast Asia that grows this variety.

Mustard Frills
Mustard Frills are a variation of the spicy mustard green known as Brassica Juncea. This vegetable is best enjoyed when lightly steamed, stir-fried or sautéed, and is even sometimes used as a spicy substitute for Spinach.

Radish
Radishes are a cruciferous vegetable enjoyed for its bulbous edible root. They taste semi-sweet, with peppery notes and often eaten raw. Our radishes blush in vivid pink hues, adding colour, bite and a zesty flavour to your dish.

Pakchoi
Few greens can rival the versatility of pak choi. It holds its crunchy texture well when it’s as fresh as ours and can be steamed, stir-fried and even grilled for a delicious char. Its natural leafy grooves hold any flavour you impart to it particularly well but personally we prefer ours untouched by seasoning to relish its natural flavour.

Chye Sim
Chye Sim is also known as Chinese flowering cabbage and sports little yellow flowers that are just as edible as the stems and leaves. It’s high in beta-carotene and vitamin C and renders well to stir-fries to add bulk, colour and nutrition to your meals.

Chinese Kale
Chinese kale, or kailan, is not just delicious, it’s also nutritious and packed with antioxidants and fibre. Its thick stems are a satiating addition to the dinner table and tastes best when steamed or lightly cooked and then coated with a light dressing.
Our Fresh
Herbs

Basil
Basil is indispensable to Italian cooking. Its peppery notes of mint and anise gives a fresh lift to dishes while a batch of homemade pesto is a boon to keep in the fridge for quick, fuss-free meals.

Dill
Dill fronds make for a pretty garnish but they’re also packed with a distinct flavour similar to fennel and celery. It adds a subtle sharpness to your dish and goes exceedingly well with fish and seafood.

Parsley
Parsley makes all the difference if you’re looking to elevate your cooking. Use it as a garnish or as a base to make chimichurri, the perfect condiment to take steaks and grilled dishes to the next level.

Coriander
Coriander breathes life into any cuisine it touches. It’s used to refresh dishes from tacos to banh mi and even biryani. Our coriander is grown and harvested only to order for a much longer shelf life.
